The recipe<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Clean the turnip tops by removing the stalks and the hard leaves. Wash them in plenty of fresh water. In a deep pan boil the water, add salt and then put first the turnip tops and then the orecchiette.
\nSeparately, in a large pan, heat the Coppadoro extra virgin olive oil with a clove of garlic and a dash of fresh chilli pepper.
\nReduce the heat and add the anchovies, letting them cook for 3 minutes.
\nCheck the cooking of the pasta and vegetables, if both are cooked pour everything (without cooking water) in the pan with the oil and saut\u00e9 for a few minutes.
\nServe and serve immediately.<\/p>\n
